Welcome to our school!

Here at Princess Victoria Ka’iulani Elementary School, we strive for excellence and are committed to providing a quality standards-based education in a safe and nurturing environment.  We are located in Kalihi-Palama, across from Tamashiro Market and Kaumakapili Church.  Our students come from a wide variety of ethnicities and backgrounds.  We are named after Hawaii’s heir apparent, Princess Victoria Ka’iulani Kalaninuiahilapalapa Kawekiu i Lunalilo Cleghorn. In the year of her untimely death in 1899, Princess Victoria Ka’iulani Elementary School opened its doors.  A clipping of her banyan tree from her home in Waikiki was given to the school.  Today our banyan tree continues to flourish on the makai side of our campus.  Click Our History to learn more.
